Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg, SC (City) is seeking a qualified environmental consulting or planning firm through this request for qualifications (RFQ) to pursue Brownfields Assessment and Cleanup Grants from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The firm chosen will assist the City in securing EPA and other Federal or State grants for the assessment, cleanup, or redevelopment of brownfield properties as well as the implementation of environmental assessment (Phase I and Phase II), remedial planning, community outreach, and other environmental or planning components of grants for which funding is secured.
