Description: The City of Conroe is seeking qualified Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractors to provide an assessment of all HVAC systems at 420 Cochran Street, Conroe, TX 77301 (former Conroe I.S.D. Maintenance Facility) in order to facilitate the decision-making process for repair and/or replacement of said equipment. The overall goal is to provide HVAC systems that are operating at optimum efficiencies, and which are responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations in an effort to provide comfort to employees and visitors.
There will be a site visit on Thursday May 9, 2024 at 9:00AM located at 420 Cochran Street, Conroe Texas 77301 (former Conroe I.S.D. Maintenance Facility) with Lauren Arnold, Assistant Director – Parks Operations.

Question: What is The City of Conroe's criteria for decision making when it comes to selecting a company to partner with? (ex: 30% price, 20% company background, etc.)
Response: Low bid 50% Qualification needs to be 40% Timeline 10%
