Description: The City of Foley is soliciting sealed bids for contractors and professional firms to perform routine cleanout of streams and drainage ditches. The locations for the cleanouts will be identified by Public Works and the awarded bidder will be notified of the new site for cleanout. This will be a one year contract with the option for 2 (1) year renewals for a total contract length of 3 years if mutually agreeable by both the Contractor and the City. The contract will include rates for stream and drainage area cleanouts, tree and stump removal, removal of CDD and vegetation, brush cutting, excavating ditches, new ditch creation and haul away of all debris removed
