Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. (local time) at its offices at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, GA, 30260, for Quarry Products – Delivered for the 12 month period from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Bidders may ask questions regarding this bid prior to the bid opening. To be considered, all questions must be received in writing via email at (CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us) by 1:30 p.m. local time, Friday, April 28, 2017. Any and all responses to bidders’ questions will be issued in the form of an Addendum by email. All addenda issued shall become part of the Bid Documents. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the RFB specifications, and will be the most advantageous to the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA). This procurement has a Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) bid discount for evaluation purposes only, which will be given to CCWA certified SLBE primes only (regardless of their location).
