Description: The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to remove approximately 5400 square foot of existing flooring finishes at REACH Adaptive Learning Center, located at 2110, 2112, 2120, 2122, 2124, 2126 Bryan Valley Commercial Drive, O'Fallon MO 63366 and replace with new vinyl flooring and wall base.

There will NOT be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for this project, however, the District will provide access to the building and work areas on Tuesday February 21, 2023 from 3:45 PM until 4:45 PM as a Walk-Thru. Bidders are encouraged to use this time to examine and review the scope of work. Bidders anticipating attending the walk thru shall check the Pre-Solicitation Meeting Sign-In box on the District’s Vendor Registry Website. Providing your proper contact information and intent will assist in the event of a cancellation. Meeting location is 2120 Bryan Valley Commercial Drive O'Fallon MO.
