Description:

Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to obtain sealed packages from licensed and qualified vendors for materials and labor to perform FDR, repaving and striping for three roads.

There will not be a mandatory prep-bid meeting held for this project.  All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than May 20, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.  All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than May 21, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.  

The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
