Description: The Oconee County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors interested in providing the construction of a roundabout located at the intersection of SR15/US129/US441 and Summit Grove Drive. The roundabout is a companion project to the construction of the Oconee County Administrative Building. Prime Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor must be GDOT pre-certified. For a more specific description of work, please refer to Section III of the bid documents. Site construction plans may be obtained through the Oconee County website. Preference to bidders based on location is not permitted.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Oconee County Board of Commissioners Commission Chambers, located at 23 N. Main Street, Suite 205, Watkinsville, GA 30677. Attendance is required to qualify as a respondent.
