Description: Building Better Communities, Inc. (BBC) is seeking an Architecture and Engineering (A&E) team to provide design and construction administration for the renovation of two adjacent affordable housing complexes in Deerfield Beach, FL known as Highland Gardens I and II. The rehabilitation of both sites is being financed as a single project with tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). BBC proposes to retain a highly qualified architectural firm to provide the services described herein. Firms and team members with significant experience in rehabilitation projects with similar characteristics will be considered for this project.
