Description: Dorchester County wishes to assess the general condition of its most prominent buildings and explore the potential for major repair costs in the near future (listed in Appendix A to this document). The purpose of the assessment is to provide comprehensive documentation and analysis of the City’s existing built facilities that will be utilized for prioritizing capital improvements and maintenance requirements. The evaluations shall provide objective, analytical findings and recommendations that optimally meet the identified needs; producing both a physical plan of action as well as the basis of an estimated, recommended budget, to satisfy those needs.
