Question 1

Posted: 3/24/2023

Question: 1. Is there existing casing on the existing long side services? 2. Will casing be required on long side services? 3. Will a new tap be required? 4. How will qty overages be addressed on the driveway and sidewalk demo and replace?

Response: In our experience from replacing long side services in Wellington Manor, all long side services have had casings. The new service lines will be connected to the existing taps, new taps will not be required. The contractor will be responsible for ordering and paying for any concrete overages that occur during the project. We do have a contingency already for an extra concrete driveway apron if necessary.
