The project intent is to construct a public beach access at Tarpon Beach in Destin, FL.
The WORK covered by the CONTRACT Documents includes construction of a bathroom facility, public shower, four pavilions, parking lot with forty-nine standard parking spaces, three ADA accessible parking spaces, three loading/unloading spaces, and twenty-nine low-speed vehicle parking spaces, boardwalk with ADA ramp, sanitary sewer lift station, and underground stormwater system and other WORK as shown on the construction drawings and described in the specifications.
Work Sequence
The work sequence will be determined by the CONTRACTOR.
Contractor’s Use of Premises
The CONTRACTOR may use the Permanent Drainage Easements within the construction limits and the area within the temporary construction easement.
CONTRACTOR shall assume full responsibility for safety at the work site for all workers and visitors.
The CONTRACTOR shall send proper notices, make all necessary arrangements, and perform all services required in the care and maintenance of all OWNER and public utilities within the construction limits.

Question: What is the engineer’s estimate for the project cost?
Answer: The estimated cost of the project is $2-$3M.
ITEM NO. 2- [Question]
Question: The attachments of all the plans are in a 8.5"x 11" plan size to that scale. If we enlarge plans scale will not be accurate and they will be blurry. If you could please put plan attachments in a blueprint size 24"x 36" for easier bidding process. Also will there be a new bid tab sheets that includes buildings and boardwalk in the bid proposal.
Answer: The bid plans were uploaded in size 22”x 34”. The bid tab can be found on pages 00410-2 to 00410-5 of the project manual. Bid tab item #5 is a lump sum item for the restroom facility, bid tap item #4 is a lump sum item for the four (4) pavilions, and bid tap item #10 is a linear foot item for the boardwalk.
