Description:

The Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from qualified licensed individuals or companies to act as the General Contractor for the construction of the senior center expansion on County property. The vendor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this bid. The bidder is required to carefully examine the plans and specifications.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 PM EST on Thursday, January 24, 2019. The meeting location will be the Lumpkin County Administration Building Downstairs Large Conference Room, 99 Courthouse Hill, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533. Immediately following the pre-bid conference, a site visit will be held at the construction location, 266 Mechanicsville Road, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533.
