to issuing this Request For Proposals (RFP) and in conformity with the FCC
Schools and Library Division (SLD), “Universal Service Fund” (also known as

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 11/26/2018 11:00 AM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory Bidder’s Conference. The District will conduct a ONE-TIME ONLY MANDATORY IN-PERSON CONFERENCE to be held at 2334 Plaza Del Amo, Torrance, CA 90501. Failure to attend and sign-in will render such Bid to be non-responsive. Any Contractor bidding on the project who fails to attend the entire mandatory conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. Allocate extra time due to parking restrictions in the area.
