Description: The purpose of this CSP is to provide a turnkey project to improve a lot for a subdivision according to the engineered specifications located at 521 N Pecos Street, Lockhart, TX 78644.

This project includes approximately 2,325 SY of 5-inch concrete pavement parking lot with integral curb, driveway approaches, sidewalks, and curb ramps. This project also includes the installation 450 LF of 6-inch PVC ASTM D3034 SDR 26 wastewater line with services, and 550 LF of 6-inch PVC C900 DR-18 waterline with services. The proposed work shall also include installation of erosion control, traffic controls and removal and disposal of excess materials.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference on October 12, 2022 at 10 AM at ML Cisneros Education Support Center located at 419 Bois D’ Arc Street, Lockhart, TX 78644. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
