Description:

Overview – Kaufman County (“County”) seeks proposals from qualified companies to provide standard equipment, materials, parts, supplies, and other items (collectively, “Parts”) and the associated installation, decommission, and service (collectively, “Services”) for the maintenance and decommission of its vehicles.  County intends to award one or multiple contracts to a vendor(s) to provide Parts and Services for County with a broad inventory of Parts and the ability to acquire needed parts quickly.  This solicitation will not preclude the County from transacting with vendors awarded through any of the purchasing cooperatives in which the County participates.

 Contract Period – contract period will be one (1) year from date of award of bid (October 1, 2021).  This contract may be extended for two (2) one-year option periods, upon mutual agreement.
