Rio Rancho Public Schools (“RRPS”) is seeking to
establish a District price agreement for the purchase of E-rate eligible
Category 2 Services (Dependent upon available
funding). RRPS current WAP and wiring infrastructure is over five (5)
years old, which is why RRPS is looking towards future technology and advanced
capabilities. The Districtwide switch, refresh (in process) over the next two
(2) - E-Rate funding cycles. This project requires a phased approach to include
network electronics, associated licensing, support to physically implement the
new equipment, and potentially maintenance services.

Question: Is there any flexibility with the NICET III being on staff or as a part of this RFP?
Response: Based on the projects not requiring fire alarm cabling, RRPS is willing to waive the requirement of having a NICET III certification on staff for the purposes of the RFP. Offeror will need to list their other qualifications/certifications and we will consider the submission. (Acknowledge Addenda 3)
