Description: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit and select the most qualified bidder to provide internal gutter replacement at City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee for the City of Murfreesboro. The approved system for this project is manufactured by Firestone (see below in Attachment C). Other manufactures shall be considered if submitted for engineering review a maximum of 15 calendar days after bid issuance date. Approval or rejection will be provided a minimum of 15 calendar days before the date of bid opening. Substitution submittals must include manufacturers’ specification sheet for the system proposed by submittal including as follow for each product being used as a part of the system: • Certification from the membrane manufacturer attesting to the suitability of each product to be used unless the product is specifically listed by the manufacturer in the system description • Manufacturers’ installation instructions for each proposed product • Manufacturers safety data sheet for each proposed product • Minimum of a 20-year warranty
