Overview: Thank you to all firms that responded to the City of Avondale’s Request for Qualifications for The BLVD Water Features Design-Build Services project. The City of Avondale intends to award a contract to the highest rank firm, Willmeng Construction, Inc. If the City is not able to negotiate a satisfactory contract with Willmeng Construction, Inc., the City will formally terminate negotiations and undertake negotiations with the next most qualified firm on the final list, in sequence, until an agreement is reached or a determination is made to reject all firms. The final list as follows: 1. Willmeng Construction, Inc. 2. Haydon Building Corporation 3. Pacific Aquascape International, Inc. We appreciate your interest and invite your response to other solicitations that may be offered in the future.
