Description: Florence County is seeking proposals for Design/Build Services for the construction of an equestrian center with multiple components consisting of the following: a new campground Site (650 feet by 260 feet), 24 total RV/Camper/Tent sites with water & electric (1-50 amp, 1-30 amp,1-20 amp) hook-ups, bathroom (4 stalls & 4 showers in men’s and women’s) facility, playground/community gathering area (picnic shelter, picnic tables, fire pits), 7,870 LF of horse trails (for design only-county to construct), and the conversion of an existing ballfield into Horse Arena (80 feet by 260 feet), conversion of existing campground to accommodate horse trailers to include installation of corrals at each site, and install water/electrical (1-50 amp, 1-30 amp, 1-20 amp) hook-ups located at Lynches River Florence County Park, 5094 County Park Rd., Coward, SC 29530
