Description: The principal features of the Project are:
To provide all labor, materials and equipment to construct/install a Type J7 Manhole, Type H Box and approximately 128 feet of 38” x 60” elliptical RCP and headwall at the Lake Lotela inflow area located adjacent to Memorial Drive. The Memorial Drive Ditch Culvert Extension and Outfall into Lake Lotela project will be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications Exhibit A. The work consists of, but is not limited to: constructing temporary measures to divert stormwater and drainage from the project area, removal of existing soil and vegetation, adding an extension to the existing culvert under Memorial Drive, filling and grading the temporary construction easement and drainage easement to Lake Lotela once the extension is installed, placing specified countermeasures and material to prevent erosion at the outfall, stabilization of soil, and the installation of sod within the temporary construction easement & drainage easement. Maintenance of traffic will be the responsibility of the Contractor. It should be noted that this project is in close proximity to two occupied residential structures. The Contractor shall have seventy-five (75) calendar days to complete the Project after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to run.
