The City of Portales is requesting
Proposal’s from qualified offerors to provide services for Portales/Roosevelt
County DWI as defined in the Grant from the Office of Substance Abuse and
Prevention, hereinafter referred to as “OSAP” of a PFS 15 Grant Project
Coordinator.
The City of Portales is the Fiscal Agent for the Portales/Roosevelt County DWI Grant Program. The OSAP PFS 15 Project Coordinator will be an independent contractor of the City of Portales.
The OSAP PFS 15 Project Coordinator, working with the DWI Program Coordinator, will coordinate, plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and oversee all OSAP Grant program efforts; monitor all Grant activities; attend all required Office of Substance Abuse Prevention Strategic Prevention Framework trainings, be a participant in technical assistance site visits, phone calls, and webinars; monitor evaluation of the project progress and impact; and will follow the requirements of the Grant as well as direction from the City of Portales and advice from Roosevelt County Prevention Coalition. The OSAP PFS 15 Grant Project Coordinator will achieve all deliverables on or before the deadline defined by the OSAP Grant Scope of Work (SOW) and submit copies as required by the Grant and also a copy to the City Manager.
