Description:

The BIDS shall be based on the removal and replacement of an existing metal roof for a pre-engineered metal building as manufactured by Gulf States Manufacturer’s, Incorporated constructed in 1993.  The work shall include but not be limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing 26-gauge galvalume metal roofing panels, with non-corrosive fasteners, and new insulation to meet all current State and Local codes and requirements.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: An onsite PRE-BID MEETING shall be held at 9:00 a.m. on May 29, 2018 at the Vehicle Maintenance Facility located at, 306 NW 9th Avenue, Okeechobee, FL 34972. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to provide site conditions and to receive questions from respondents on any issues considered relevant to the requirements of the project.
