NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID

City of Raton, Great Blocks - 1st Street - Phase Two

 Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the  Great Blocks - First Street - Phase Two Project.  The work shall generally consist of: Sidewalk, drainage and landscape improvements to include concrete crosswalk with brick pavers, a brick paver intersection, curb and gutter, miscellaneous concrete structures, ADA improvements, asphalt paving, striping and signage, inlets, plantings and irrigation, and street light pole installation. Project shall include all Work shown on the Drawings not already completed during    Phase 1.

There is no Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for this project.

Sealed bids shall be received at the office of the City Manager as follows until May 19, 2020 at 3:00 pm. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
