Pre-Bid Meeting Details: MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING - A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is required. Only those proposers who attend the pre-proposal meeting at 9:00 am on November 28th, 2022, shall be eligible for submission of a proposal. The pre-proposal meeting shall be held at Valley Point Middle, 3796 South Dixie Highway, Dalton, GA. 30720. ** Proposers that show up 5 minutes late shall not be allowed to participate. ** MANDATORY TOUR OF FACILITIES - A mandatory Pre-Proposal tour of the facilities is required. It shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer to visit each facility to acquaint itself with the nature and extent of the work involved. Site visits shall start immediately after the Pre-Proposal meeting on November 28th, 2022, and shall leave from 3796 South Dixie Highway, Dalton, GA. 30720. Proposers are required to attend all site visits. Transportation to all sites will be up to the proposer. District shall have representatives to conduct tours and answer questions.
