The Board of County Commissioners of
Escambia County (Board) is seeking proposals from entities with demonstrated
experience in billing for medical and ambulatory services, with high-level
proficiency in Medicaid and Medicare billing, for Escambia County’s Emergency
Medical Services (EMS) Department. EMS
requires billing to be prepared, sent, and tracked on a timely basis after
services have been rendered. The
successful proposer will provide personnel to partner with EMS personnel while
utilizing Escambia County’s software to provide accurate and reliable
invoicing, which will result in maximum payments to the County.
