The City of Framingham (“City” and/or “Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified “Project Director” (PD defined by the provisions of this Request for Services (RFS), to provide Project Director Services for the planning, design, environmental remediation, construction, and overall renovation of Mary Dennison Park in Framingham, Massachusetts (“Project”). The Mary Dennison Park is an approximately 15-acre property owned by the City of Framingham at 54 Beaver Street in Framingham, MA.
