Description: The School District of the City of Saginaw is accepting proposals for Food Service Equipment.

Bids are due to 550 Millard, Saginaw, MI 48607 on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. No late bids will be considered. Proposals are to be submitted in a large envelope clearly marked “Food Service Equipment.”

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The District also reserves the right to award the contract as it deems in its best interest.

Bidders will be required to submit a signed, notarized statement, disclosing any familial relationship between the owner, an employee of the bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the School District. The District will not accept bids that do not include sworn and notarized familial affidavit.

Any/all exceptions must be clearly set forth in bid/proposal.
