Description: This project consists of the construction of a pedestrian sidewalk along North Oak Street from 27th Avenue North to 38th Avenue North and long 29th Avenue North from North Kings Highway to North Ocean Boulevard. Crosswalks will be installed at intersections, complete with truncated domes where sidewalks intersect streets. Traffic signalization improvements are proposed at the intersections of North Oak Street and 38th Avenue North and the intersection of 29th Avenue North and North Oak Street. Bidding documents (and electronic documents) may be obtained from the Procurement Office located at 3231 Mr. Joe White Avenue, or via email for $50.00 (non-refundable). IFB submissions must be received by the Procurement Office prior to 2:00p.m. (local time) April 15, 2025. No late or electronic submissions will be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.
