Description: Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the Raton Readiness Facility Electrical Improvement Project - Project No. 2022-01-27. The work shall generally consist of construction and installation of three-phase electrical power service, panels and distribution circuits, and addition of single-phase distribution circuits for provision of power to specified equipment.

Sealed bids shall be received until Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Clerk/Chief Procurement Officer as follows:

Sealed Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Raton Readiness Building located at the Raton Municipal Airport at 224 U.S. Highway 64 approximately 12 miles south of Raton, New Mexico. Pre-Bid Conference is optional for Bidders and is not a mandatory requirement for bid submittal.
