Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN –. – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide services for Milling, Resurfacing and Pavement markings. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows:
Construction of approximately 250 L.F. of which involves the alteration of an existing hallway to be incorporated into the existing RTCC space. This project includes partial removal of an existing non-load bearing wall, moving and re-installation of 2 existing wood doors, electrical, mechanical and information technology work. Additionally, floor, wall and ceiling finishes will be required and are to match existing
