Description: Sealed bids for the construction of the Repairing and Spot Coating the 5,000,000 Gallon Concrete Tank (Reservoir 2) will be received by the City of Carlsbad, NM at the office of the Purchasing Department, 101 N. Halagueno, Carlsbad, NM 88220, until 1:30 p.m. local time on November 2, 2017 at which time the bids received will be publically opened and read aloud in Room 204. The project consists of repairing and spot coating the interior and exterior of one 5,000,000 gallon concrete ground storage tank. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items if indicated in the bid form. Contract documents and plans will be available for viewing at various plan rooms.
