Description: This project includes the placement of asphalt in areas where street repairs are being conducted. The City of Lakeland will perform all excavations and backfill. The Contractor will be responsible for removal of aggregate from the area to be patched, the application of tack oil, and the placement of three inches (3”) of asphaltic concrete material (surface coat asphalt) over the aggregate base.
