Question: Can you provide a list of consumables used per month? Such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc... Can you provide the current contract price? Can you provide the results from the last bid process?
Response: To assist anyone intending on submitting a proposal for Janitorial Services: Can you provide a list of consumables used per month (ex. toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)? Below is the approx. listing of cleaning supplies used on a monthly basis: White Paper Towels, 3 boxes/month, 6 per box Brown Paper Towels, 2 boxes/month, 12 per box Glass Cleaner, 1 box/month, 12 per box Toilet Spray, 1 box/month, 12 per box Lysol Floor Cleaning Liquid, 4 gallons per month Large continuous rolls of Toilet Paper, 1 box/month, 4 per box Small toilet paper rolls (like those used in homes), 1 box/month, 96 per box Ajax, 6 per month Large Trash Bags, 3 boxes/month, 10 rolls per box Small Trash Bags, 2 boxes/month, 19 rolls per box Can you provide the current contract price? Currently monthly charge: $4,574.84 Can you provide the results from the last bid process? This procurement is an RFP (Request for Proposals), and not a Bid.
