Description: Interested firms will provide a statement of qualification/proposal (SoQP) to the Oconee County Board of Commissioners (OCBOC), delivered to the office of the Purchasing Officer, Suite 203, 23 N. Main Street, Watkinsville, GA. 30677, until 2:30 PM on Thursday, June 1, 2017 for professional building inspection and plan review services. The Oconee County Planning and Code Enforcement Department and the Oconee County Fire Department would like to retain services from qualified firms to provide architectural and structural plan review and inspection services for various types of projects as they relate to both commercial and residential construction. These services are to supplement the ongoing development services currently performed by the County’s own work force.
