Description: Rock Hill Schools is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for the construction of a new Welcome Center building (approximately 1,300 sqft) on the existing Rock Hill High School campus, inclusive of Reception/Waiting Area, Offices, a Conference Room, Toilet Rooms, and Support areas.  The work includes, but is not limited to, limited site work, concrete slab work, framing, masonry, windows, doors, interior finishes, and all civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work necessary to complete the project.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Facilities Services, Warehouse Conference Area, 2171 West Main Street, Rock Hill, SC. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend. Subcontractors and suppliers are invited to attend. A walkthrough of the existing building will take place following the conference.
