Call Allan S. Ellis, PE, Director of Public Works at 615-384-2746 for complete bid information and instructions. Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, City Hall,
405 N. Main St. by 2:00 PM, Local Time, Tuesday, June 4, 2019.  Please reference Public Works Contract # 19001 on the outside of the sealed envelope. The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
