Question: 1: In review of the RFP, section 2.16 (INDEMNIFICATION), would the district be willing to negotiate a more mutual indemnification clause? 2: In review of Appendix A (PRICE QUOTES), can you confirm that the annual cost for inspections would include all systems for all buildings listed in the RFP. In addition, will the sprinkler/riser system cost line include the cost of annual backflow preventer inspections or should they be priced/bid separately? 3: Also, with regard to the representative components section of the Appendix A (PRICE QUOTE), please clarify if this price is to reflect repaired, refurbished, or new replacement of said components? Thank You
Response: 1. INDEMNIFICATION - Georgia law. We cannot indemnify anyone. 2. Annual cost would be for all systems in all buildings. You can price the Sprinkler/Riser and Backflow separately 3. New equipment only.
