Description: The Villages of Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Mundelein, Libertyville, Round Lake Beach, Lake Villa, and Antioch (collectively, the “Municipalities”), intend to jointly bid Grade Crossing Median Improvements for Spring of 2023. The following request for bid involves the removal, replacement, or other improvement to eleven (11) grade crossings within the Quiet Zone #THR000-481 corridor.

All work under this agreement shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Illinois, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq.
Due to the nature of this project, an optional pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 9:00 am via Zoom
