Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Fox Valley Park District, until the hour of 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at the office of the Fox Valley Park District, Cole Administration Center, 101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, Illinois 60506 to provide fitness equipment for the Vaughan and Prisco Fitness Center, in accordance with instructions to bidders and specifications attached. Proposal specifications and instructions may be accessed from https://www.foxvalleyparkdistrict.org/our-mission/bids-rfps-results/

Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in the Cole Administration Center (101 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora, IL 60506) at which time and place the bids will be publicly read.

Bids received after the appointed time listed above will be returned unopened.

Vendors are responsible for checking for all addenda prior to submitting proposals.

Bids should be submitted, as per instructions on the appropriate bid form.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive or not to waive any informality therein or to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District
