Question: Under the Section on “Street Level Mapping”, the RFP is requesting the consultant to “gather high-resolution 360-degree geo-referenced right-of-way (ROW) digital images”. Under “Overall Scope Assumption”, the RFP states that the consultant will provide “high resolution 360-degree spherical imagery and point cloud data capture ……via cloud-based software”. In some literature point cloud data is referred to as Lidar data collection. Do we need to provide Lidar data collection, or can we use high-definition cameras to gather high-resolution digital images?
Response: You can submit either or both.

Question: On page 5, under the section "Ethical Standard", the RFP states that the "sample forms are attached". The forms are SB1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, HB 89 Verification Form, SB 252, SB 19 & SB 13 Verification Forms. They are not included in the RFP document. Can you please provide them?

Question: The Proposal Agreement and Certification, on page 8 of the RFP, requires a signature from the consultant. This form is not listed as one of the items to include under the section "Response Format" on page 7 of the RFP. Under which Tab should the "Proposal Agreement and Certification" be placed in the proposal?

Question: On page 14, the pricing sheet, there is a line for cost per centerline mile for "Additional Services", but there is no reference to any additional services anywhere in the RFP. Can the City indicate what, if any, specific services would fall into this category?
Response: In this case we would like to have additional center line miles collected.

Question: On Page 7, under Tab 2 of RFP, you note "Indicate any exceptions to the specifications, terms and conditions of this RFP, including the Scope of Services." Can you provide a copy of the Terms and Conditions or point us to where they can be found on the website?
Response: The terms and conditions are pages 3-9 of the RFP.

Question: On page 2 of the document you note "No RFP may in any way qualify, modify, substitute or change any part of the specifications or contract documents." but on page 7, under Tab 2, it is noted to "Indicate any exceptions to the specifications, terms and conditions of this RFP, including the Scope of Services." Can you please provide clarification as to whether vendors can provide any requested changes to the Terms and Conditions in their proposal?
Response: On page 2 it states "No RFP may in any way qualify, modify, substitute or change any part of the specifications or contract documents." On page 7 we ask for you to Accept the conditions or state why you do not.

Response: There is not a signature page for the scope of work. Please respond to the RFP as to how you are going to meet the requirements listed in our scope of work.
