Description: The objective of this project is the restoring of the District laboratory’s cabinetry, shelving, doors, wood finishings, and metal shelving; adding a water-resistant backsplash in the laboratory (the “Lab”) to existing sinks; replacing all potable water faucets in Lab; replacing exterior windows on the Lab; and resurfacing all exterior metal doors.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for December 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at District Headquarters, Executive Building (Building 1), 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to review the project area and to present questions to staff and obtain clarification on the requirements of the bid documents. For mandatory pre-bid conferences, the District will only accept bids from those firms attending the pre-bid conference.
