Description: The City of Springfield will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for Renovations to Historic Log Cabin, Springfield, Tennessee at the Office of the City Recorder in City Hall, 405 North Main Street, Springfield TN 37172 until 2:00 p.m. CDST on Thursday, June 25, 2015, and, then, at said time, publicly open and read the bids aloud. Any bids received after 2:00 p.m. CDST on Thursday, June 25, 2015, will not be opened and will be rejected. The outside of the envelope must include the Bid Number 940 and shall clearly indicate that the sealed envelope contains a bid for Renovations to Historic Log Cabin. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site at J. Travis Price Park, 4155 Wilks Rd., on June 16th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Please obtain bid specifications from Jonathan W. Clark, Architect at jonclark@caarchitects.com. Bid documents will be issued electronically and no hard copy paper prints will be issued from the office of the architect.
