Question: I read in the documents that we will need to be certified in the state to do business and provide a Certificate of Good Standing. There is also a statement about being license in accordance with Chapter 489 of the Florida Statute. Please verify that if we are registered in the state and provide a Certificate of Good Standing, that a FL contractor license will not be required.
Response: The company only needs to be certified to do business in Florida and have a certificate of good standing.
