Title: Williamson County Public Building Authority RFP for Construction Management/General Contractor for Bethesda Recreation Center and Library Project

Description: The Williamson County Public Building Authority (“PBA”) is requesting proposals from
qualified construction management/general contractor (“CM/GC”) firms to work with the
owner’s representative Oversite, LLC (“Oversite”) and the architectural firm Lose Design
(“Architect”) to construct an approximately 75,000 square-foot new Williamson County
Bethesda Recreational Center and Library (“Project”). The new Williamson County Bethesda
Recreational Center and Library will be constructed on property owned by Williamson
County, Tennessee government and located at 4663 Bethesda Road, Thompson Station, TN.
The purpose of requesting proposals from qualified CM/GCs is to provide a fair and objective
evaluation of proposals, to collect information to evaluate competitive proposals by the PBA,
and to ultimately select a professional qualified CM/GC.
Services that have been omitted from this RFP which are clearly necessary for the completion
of all work, shall be considered a requirement although not directly specified or called for in
the proposal.
Process Information:
All RFP documents, including the selection requirements and the selection schedule, will be
available at the offices of Oversite, LLC located at 103 Forrest Crossing Blvd, Suite 204,
Franklin, TN 37064 on 9/4/24.

Proposals, including a fee proposal, project approach, references, and statements of
qualifications must be received by 3:00 p.m. on 9/26/24 by electronic copy via email to
willc@oversiteconsult.com. Additional information will be required as stated on the Project
Schedule. NOTE: Submittals must be received by the specified time.
The PBA will enter into a single agreement with the successful CM/GC.
The PBA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or
technicality in any proposal in the interest of the PBA.
