Description: Okaloosa County would like to have the Old Hospital demolished, which is located at 215 Hospital Dr NE Fort Walton Beach 32548. This structure has had Asbestos abatement already conducted. Please see attached air samples report of clearing the area.

The Project, of which the Work under the Contract will be a part, is generally described as follows:
Demolition/Remove Existing Structures (See Exhibit "A")
Weather Proof remaining structure by constructing a brick wall to seal off remaining existing structure. This would be of the same material (red brick) of remaining structure.
Consisting of Demolition, Clearing, Removal and Leveling of Disturbed Areas. In conjunction to detach the single-story section that is currently in use and to secure permanent weather proofing by construction of a brick wall.

Required Work:
• Filing of NESHAPs; Pulling of Permits
• Wood Stake standard silt fencing as necessary
• Demolition of the two-story hospital buildings entire section Including Foundations and Footers and Slab.
• Upon detaching demo section structure from remaining structure construct and build a brick wall to secure a
weather proof, secure facility. See Exhibit "A
• Hauling and Proper Disposal of All Debris
• Leveling of Disturbed Area Upon Completion
