NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The Spartanburg Police Department is looking to solicit proposals for an integrated electronic portable message board system. The systems will serve multiple purposes. They contain an integrated system of a variable message board, a radar observation unit to be used for speed deterrent, and a traffic study software that allows us to quickly and accurately measure the amount of traffic as well as speed patterns of every vehicle on the roadway.
