Response: A bid tab will be posted after the bid closing date.

Question: ive noticed there are some trees that need to be taken down for proper lighting placement. will the contractor be responsible or does the county have services for that?
Response: The Contractor will be responsible and can include the removal in there bid.

Question: there is a railroad along the left field fence. will we need railroad insurance for this project? is this railroad active?
Response: There is a railroad on left side of the fence and it is active. Darlington County dose not own parcel 039-00-01-029 and 039-00-01-174 even the fence for the ball field goes through the property, we just own the piece in between the two properties.
