Bids Close: May 28, 2020 at 1:00 PM MDT and then opened and read aloud in Room 109 of Town Hall, at 400 Camino de la Placita, Taos, New Mexico 87571. Please contact the Purchasing Division a minimum of 24 hours prior to the bid opening to verify the location of the bid opening, due to COVID-19 safety procedures. 

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Taos Regional Airport on May 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM. MDT. All bidders are advised to examine the site and become familiar with all site conditions.
