Description: The Oconee County Board of Commissioners (OCBOC) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to do interior renovations at its Public Works Department - Road Division office located at 1150 Industrial Drive, Watkinsville. Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Road Division office located at 1150 Industrial Drive, Watkinsville, Georgia 30677. All interested parties are required to attend. The purpose of this meeting is to allow potential respondents an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the proposal document and tour the facility. Because Oconee County considers such a meeting to be critical to understanding the proposal requirements, attendance at the pre-submittal meeting is mandatory to qualify as an respondent.
