Description: The City of Lakeland, Department of Public Works, requests proposals from qualified professional contractors to provide landscaping services. The selected contractor will provide landscaping services on flower beds in multiple locations throughout the city.   Work includes: weekly flowerbed inspection and maintenance, mulch application. annual planting and pre-emergent application.  The contract will be for two (2) years starting on April 1st, 2023.
